Favorite Soothing Soaks

I am a sucker for bath products. At the end of a super busy day there is nothing more refreshing that a long soak in a hot bathtub with aromatherapy based bath products. My favorite of the Salts & Soaks is the Mustard Salt Soak scented with Well Being Essential Oil Blend, formulated with essential oils of Sweet Basil, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Ginger, Lavender, Peppermint, Ravensara and others. I created both of the products for my own use originally.

I have had a poor immune system for as long as I can remember. One year before I got involved in aromatherapy I had strep throat 7 times in 6 months I had my tonsils removed and still had problems. I often found myself on antibiotics 6 to 10 times per winter. Each year my immune system seems to improve. I haven’t used antibiotics even once over the past two years. All winter and during allergy season I rely on the Mustard Soak with Well Being Essential Oil Blend. When I start to feel sick I add a higher percentage of the Well Being Essential Oil Blend to my bath and also add Fractionated Coconut to lightly coat the salts in order to protect my skin.

I attribute my improving immune system to aromatherapy, exercise, an organic whole food diet and the massive amount of water that I drink. A day is never complete for me without ending with an aromatherapy bath.
